Buzzbusy FZ-LLC ("Buzzbusy", "we", "our", or "us") respects the privacy of users and is committed to protecting the personal data of individuals who use our platform, including websites, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"). This Privacy & Cookie Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share your information, including our use of cookies, and outlines your rights and choices under applicable UAE data protection laws.
The Buzzbusy Website Privacy & Cookie Policies may be changed or updated occasionally to meet the requirements and standards. Therefore, Customers are encouraged to frequently visit these sections to be updated about the changes on the website. Modifications will be effective on the day they are posted.
1. Information We Collect

3. How We Protect Your Information
- All credit/debit card details and personally identifiable information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented, or leased to any third parties.

- Buzzbusy takes appropriate steps to ensure data privacy and security including through various hardware and software methodologies. However, the website cannot guarantee the security of any information that is disclosed online.

1. Introduction
Welcome to Buzzbusy. Buzzbusy FZ-LLC ("Buzzbusy", "we", "our", or "us") provides a software-as-a-service platform located in the United Arab Emirates that enables users ("Customers") to connect with independent service providers ("Service Providers") for various technical and household services.
Buzzbusy FZ-LLC maintains the https://www.buzzbusy.com Website ("Site").
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Buzzbusy platform, including any mobile applications, websites, or APIs operated by Buzzbusy (collectively, the "Platform").
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Platform.
The Buzzbusy Website Policies and Terms & Conditions may be changed or updated occasionally to meet the requirements and standards. Therefore, Customers are encouraged to frequently visit these sections to be updated about the changes on the website. Modifications will be effective on the day they are posted.
We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC or sanctioned countries.
2. Platform Role and Disclaimer
- 2.1 Buzzbusy is solely a software provider. We do not provide or perform any technical or household services ourselves.
- 2.2 Customers and Service Providers connect and contract with each other directly through the Platform. Buzzbusy is not a party to any service agreement entered into between Customers and Service Providers.
- 2.3 Buzzbusy makes no warranties or representations regarding the quality, safety, legality, or timeliness of any services provided by Service Providers, or the truth or accuracy of information posted by either party.
- 2.4 You acknowledge and agree that you use the Platform and enter into transactions with other users at your own risk.
3. Service Provider Vetting and Conduct
- 3.1 Buzzbusy may, at its discretion, implement screening, verification, or background checks of Service Providers, which may include identity verification, trade license checks, qualifications review, or other assessments permitted under UAE law. However, Buzzbusy does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or ongoing validity of any such checks. Each Customer remains responsible for exercising due diligence when engaging a Service Provider.

3.2 Service Providers using the Platform agree to:
- a. Provide accurate and up-to-date registration details, licenses, and qualifications (where applicable);
- b. Perform services with reasonable skill, care, quality, and professionalism consistent with industry standards and applicable law;
- c. Respect Customers' property, privacy, and safety during the provision of services;
- d. Refrain from offering, advertising, or performing illegal, unsafe, or unlicensed services;
- e. Maintain all tools, equipment, and materials in safe and working order;
- f. Avoid any discriminatory, abusive, or harassing behavior toward Customers or other users;
- g. Refrain from soliciting or inducing Customers to bypass the Platform for direct transactions.
- 3.3 Service Providers are solely responsible for ensuring they possess all permits, approvals, and licenses required under applicable UAE laws and regulations.
- 3.4 Buzzbusy reserves the right, but is not obligated, to monitor, investigate, or take disciplinary action—including warnings, suspension, or termination of accounts—against Service Providers who violate this section or otherwise compromise the integrity and safety of the Platform.
4. Indemnity and Limitation of Liability

4.1 You agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Buzzbusy, its
affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from
and against any and all claims, losses, liabilities, damages, expenses, and
costs (including legal fees) arising out of or related to:
- a. your use of the Platform;
- b. your interactions or contracts with other users;
- c. any service provided or not provided by a Service Provider;
- d. any breach of these Terms.

4.2 Buzzbusy shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental,
consequential, punitive, or special damages, including without limitation
damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible
losses, resulting from:
- a. your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform;
- b. any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform;
- c. unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
5. Customer Responsibilities
- 5.1 Customers shall provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when creating service requests, including the nature of the work, location details, and any relevant instructions. Customers shall not knowingly misrepresent the scope, urgency, or conditions of the requested service.
- 5.2 Customers shall ensure that the premises where services are to be provided are safe, secure, and reasonably accessible. Customers shall inform Service Providers of any known hazards or restrictions that may affect the safe performance of services.

5.3 Customers are solely responsible for obtaining any required work
permits, no-objection certificates, approvals, or authorizations from:
- (a) community or building management authorities;
- (b) homeowners' associations;
- (c) relevant municipal authorities; and/or
- (d) any other applicable government agencies, prior to commencement of services. Buzzbusy shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, or penalties arising from a Customer's failure to secure such approvals.
- 5.4 Customers shall not request, contract for, or engage in any unlawful, unsafe, or unlicensed services through the Platform.
- 5.5 Customers shall treat Service Providers with fairness, respect, and professionalism. Abusive, discriminatory, harassing, or unsafe behavior toward Service Providers may result in suspension or termination of the Customer's account.
- 5.6 Customers shall pay for services in accordance with the agreed terms on the Platform. Failure to make timely payment or repeated payment disputes may result in suspension of Platform access.
6. Confidentiality and Data Use
- 6.1 Each user agrees to keep confidential any proprietary or confidential information obtained through the Platform, including customer details, service histories, or any business information not generally known.
- 6.2 Buzzbusy also commits to handling all user data in accordance with the applicable data protection laws of the United Arab Emirates and shall not disclose personal or commercial information without user consent, unless required by law.
- 6.3 Buzzbusy may use aggregated and anonymized user data for the purposes of platform improvement, service optimization, analytics, and internal or external marketing. No personally identifiable information will be disclosed without the user's explicit consent.
- 6.4 Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their accounts.
7. User Obligations
- 7.1 Users under the age of 18 shall not register as Users of the website and shall not transact on or use the website. All information provided during registration or at any other time must be accurate, current, and complete.
- 7.2 Users agree not to use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
8. Payments and Taxes
- 8.1 Buzzbusy may facilitate payment processing between Customers and Service Providers. However, Buzzbusy is not responsible for the non-payment of services or payment disputes.
- 8.2 Any applicable fees for use of the Platform will be disclosed at the time of registration or use.
- 8.3 The displayed price and currency at the checkout/charge page will be the same price and currency printed on the Transaction Receipt, and the amount charged to the card will be shown in your card currency.
- 8.4 Buzzbusy shall provide Customers and Service Providers with payment confirmation including the date and time of payment confirmation via email and/or SMS.
- 8.5 Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email and/or SMS within 24 hours of receipt.
- 8.6 Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and https://www.buzzbusy.com policies and rules.
- 8.7 Buzzbusy shall not be responsible for any tax liabilities, VAT, or other fiscal obligations of either Customers or Service Providers under the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Service Providers are solely responsible for determining, collecting, reporting, and remitting any applicable taxes to the relevant tax authorities, and Customers are responsible for complying with their own tax obligations.
9. Refund Policy for Customer Payments
The Buzzbusy platform provides Customers and Service Providers with the ability to choose the manner in which the Customer will pay the Service Provider for the work performed: (a) direct cash payment from the Customer to the Service Provider, without involving the Buzzbusy platform, (b) bank transfer payment from the Customer to the Service Provider, without involving the Buzzbusy platform, and (c) credit card payment whereby Buzzbusy processes the Customer payment and provides the Service Provider with payment for the work performed. The Buzzbusy refund policy for Customer Payments herein is only applicable for option (c) credit card payment.
- 9.1 Customers may request a refund if a job is cancelled more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled commencement time, provided that no advance costs have been incurred by the Service Provider.
- 9.2 If the agreed job scope required the Service Provider to purchase materials, equipment, permits, or incur other costs in advance, such amounts shall be deducted from any refund. Buzzbusy may request proof of such expenses before processing the refund.
- 9.3 Where advance costs have been incurred, Customers shall be refunded only the remaining balance of the service fee after deduction of verified costs.

9.4 No refunds shall be issued if:
- (a) the job is cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled commencement;
- (b) the Service Provider has already arrived at the Customer's premises; or
- (c) services have already commenced.
- 9.5 Refunds will be issued only through the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depending on the credit card issuing bank.
10. Refund Policy for Service Provider
- 10.1 Service Providers may purchase credits in advance through the Platform. These credits may be used exclusively within the Platform to access leads, respond to customer requests, and pay job completion or any other applicable platform fees.
- 10.2 All credit purchases are final. Buzzbusy does not provide cash refunds or monetary reimbursements for unused credits, except where required by applicable UAE law.
- 10.3 The Platform will notify Service Providers of credit deductions upon spending credits for leads or job completion fees. Service Providers are responsible for monitoring their available credit balance.
- 10.4 If a Customer cancels a job request within the permitted cancellation period (as defined in Section 9), any credits spent by the Service Provider in connection with that job may be re-credited to the Service Provider's account for future use.
- 10.5 Credits are valid for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase. Any credits not used within this period will automatically expire and shall not be available for use or refund.
- 10.6 In the event of suspension or termination of a Service Provider's account pursuant to these Terms, any unused credits shall be forfeited, and no refund or transfer shall be provided.
11. Cancellation Policy

11.1 Customers may cancel a job request at any time before the scheduled
commencement of services, considering the following provisions:
- (a) If a job is cancelled more than 24 hours before the scheduled commencement, the Customer may be eligible for a full or partial refund in accordance with the Refund Policy (Section 9).
- (b) If a job is cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled commencement, no refund shall be issued, and any credits used by Service Providers shall not be re-credited.
- (c) Customers are responsible for any direct costs already incurred by Service Providers, including but not limited to materials purchased, permits obtained, or equipment rented, even if cancellation occurs within the permitted timeframe.

11.2 Service Providers may cancel a job only in exceptional circumstances
and must provide notice to the Customer and Buzzbusy as soon as possible:
- (a) Frequent or last-minute cancellations by Service Providers may result in warnings, suspension, forfeiture of credits, or termination of the account, at Buzzbusy's discretion.
- (b) If a Service Provider cancels a job after acceptance, any credits used by the Service Provider for that job shall be forfeited, unless otherwise approved by Buzzbusy.
- 11.3 If both the Customer and Service Provider agree to cancel a job, any refund or re-credit shall be processed in accordance with Sections 9 and 10.

11.4 Buzzbusy reserves the right to cancel any job request or transaction
where:
- (a) the job involves illegal or unsafe activities;
- (b) either party is found to be in breach of these Terms; or
- (c) technical or operational issues prevent proper execution of the job. In such cases, Buzzbusy shall determine, in its sole discretion, whether a refund or re-credit is appropriate.
- 11.5 Buzzbusy shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages, losses, or costs arising from job cancellations by Customers, Service Providers, or the Platform.
12. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on the Platform are the property of Buzzbusy or its licensors and may not be used without permission.
13. Modification and Termination
- 13.1 Buzzbusy may modify these Terms at any time by posting an updated version. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the changes.
- 13.2 Buzzbusy may terminate or suspend access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms or for any reason deemed appropriate. Upon termination, the user's right to access and use the Platform shall immediately cease. Buzzbusy shall have no liability to the user or any third party for termination of access. Any outstanding obligations, including fees, taxes, or disputes, shall survive termination.
- 13.3 Buzzbusy reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any user account (Customer or Service Provider) under the circumstances outlined in these Terms.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
- 14.1 United Arab Emirates is the country of domicile for Buzzbusy FZ-LLC and the governing law is the local law.
- 14.2 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
- 14.3 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates.
15. General Provisions
- 15.1 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the user and Buzzbusy regarding use of the Platform.
- 15.2 If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remainder shall continue in full force and effect.
16. Force Majeure
Buzzbusy shall not be held liable or responsible for any failure or delay in performance, interruption of services, or inability to operate the Platform caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- 16.1 acts of God, natural disasters, floods, earthquakes, storms, or pandemics; fire, explosion, or accident;
- 16.2 war, armed conflict, terrorism, civil unrest, or riots; strikes, labor disputes;
- 16.3 industrial action; embargoes, sanctions, or government orders;
- 16.4 breakdown of utilities, telecommunications, internet services, or hosting providers; cyberattacks, hacking;
- 16.5 other malicious interference; or any other event beyond the reasonable control of Buzzbusy;
- 16.6 In such circumstances, Buzzbusy's obligations shall be suspended for the duration of the Force Majeure event, and Buzzbusy shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising therefrom.
If the Force Majeure event continues for more than sixty (60) consecutive days, Buzzbusy reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the Platform without liability.
